

Devon moved to Australia nearly 10 years ago from her homeland of Canada. It was in Canada she developed an interest in food and wine but she really fell in love with the hospitality experience in Melbourne while working at The Melbourne Supper Club. It was there that her passion and knowledge of wine was honed.
She moved to Daylesford 5 years ago and opened Perfect Drop 2 years later. It is her creative outlet and she loves the community aspect and supporting local producers. She recently had a little boy named Sasha and is constantly amazed at her good luck.
Andrew has been working as a chef for 18 years including stints in Edinburgh, London and Melbourne. In 2004, Andrew moved to Daylesford where he steered the iconic Farmers Arms to become a one hat restaurant.
He is now out on his own at Perfect Drop Wine and Food Lounge where he is able to focus on developing a close relationship with local organic farms and meat producers and to offer diners a unique food experience.
When he is not in the kitchen Andrew may be seen labouring over his own vegie garden or chasing after his 3 daughters, Alice, Violet and Ginger.
