Perfect Drop is a unique wine and food lounge in the Daylesford Region. Kick back in our relaxed lounge or watch the world go by in our wine garden while our passionate staff guide you on your journey.

Our wine list specialises in Central Victorian wines, which are sourced direct from the vignerons, providing our staff with exclusive insight and knowledge. Perfect Drop is dedicated to offering an alternative to a traditional dining experience. Locally sourced, fresh produce and serious flavours create a constantly evolving menu.

Hours of operation

• Monday to Thursday we're open for dinner from 5pm
• Friday bar opens at 4pm, dinner available from 5pm
• Saturday and Sunday we're open for lunch and dinner from 12 noon.

Kitchenhand positions available

Perfect Drop is currently seeking fast and focused kitchenhands to join our team. Casual shifts available on an ongoing basis.

Keen to become a chef? We will be looking out for a new school based apprentice in the next few months for a talented and aspiring kitchenhand.

Our last school based apprentice recently won the Rotary Apprentice of the Year award in Hepburn shire and is now with us as a full timer. Email your expression of interest to andrew@aperfectdrop.com
